What are In-Fill Lots?
In-Fill lots are building sites or lots, usually with a dilapidated home located outside our subdivision, but still in Aberdeen. We acquired through wither the sale, purchase or donation of the house and/or lot. We demolish the existing home and clear the lot to then build a new home in its place.
